Sparks: The Clore Jewish Development Fund was launched by the Clore Duffield Foundation in January 2007 to support innovative cultural, educational and development projects in Jewish communities. The Fund focused on initiatives outside the Greater London area and was devised to compliment the launch of the Jewish Community Centre for London.
