Clore Performing Arts Awards
The Foundation requires you to submit an evaluation report within three months of completion of the funded project. The text and images from this report may be used for best practice case studies on the Foundation website.
The report must be typed and must be no longer than five pages plus relevant attachments. It should contain the following:
- A brief overview of what happened in the project and a review of the project's aims and objectives and how the outcomes related to the original application
- Evidence of project impact, including actual numbers of participants who benefited
- Reflection on what was learned from the project
- Photographic evidence
- Copies of any press materials released (no videos or DVDs please) and copies of any press cuttings
- Financial summary of expenditure
- The Foundation does not expect everything to have gone as planned and we are just as interested in the lessons learned from the project as in successful outcomes
